Trust me, keep reading, this review isn't all about the companies money or how much they've charged or how much they've made, there is more, and there will continue to be more because I plan on updating this review frequently based on how helpful people find it.
In 2014 the developers told everyone they were aware the game does not work for Mac and they were "working on the problem", today it STILL DOESN'T WORK for MAC, and they still sell it advertised as compatible for Mac.
250k copies sold at $24.99 give or take. I've had this game for years now, it was one of the first steam games I've ever owned. This company develops this game slowly. I bought this game RIGHT AFTER RELEASE and its been $24.99 since the start. I bought two copies when I bought the game out the door, and like I said 250k copies sold!
250k x 24.99 = $6,247,500
Yet they still can't manage to get the game to work on Mac... after years.
This company could bank that money and collect enough interest to carry on as a game development company off of interest on this game alone, but I see such little effort on this game it hurts, (get a new treasurer? Or maybe an actual budget plan for more patches) They have enough money to develop this game more than they have, anyone can see that with the patch notes vs. copies sold and lets face it, they've sold more than enough to carry this game, that's blatantly obvious!
Had a great time struggling through constant crashes and corrupt save files only finding myself to start all over again many times. But what left me trying and gave me hope is the original vision for this game, the freedom to design your own stuff from houses to transportation and weapons that would glitch in many different ways. but now two years later and hardly any progress, I'm left upset with my hopes and dreams pumbled into the ground.
Please guys work on this game more and show us you care about us as well as your own creation and I'll be more than happy to edit/rewrite my review, but right now I'm left sad. Will always review patch notes and maybe one day be left happy enough to suggest this game to people again.
I feel they have made enough money to work on this game harder than they have, and what they have done, isn't very much in the ways of getting close to calling this game close to done (but they still make statements like they are going to release it this year...either they think they can get SO MUCH done in this year, or they simply think their pace presented thus far is good enough and say "good enough for release". Either way shows a poor structure. Either they've neglected the game and now will hammer it out, or they simply don't dream like they used to for this game and don't mind it being somewhere around a paper weight... and I mean PAPER WEIGHT, it doesn't work on Mac, its a paper weight still or maybe we can call it a great "launcher crash simulator.").
But in a certain respect, they haven't officially released a release date yet, but have ball parked saying this year so lets just hope better calls will be made, especially when it comes to the development of this game getting there.
Soooooo.... fingers crossed?

250k people bought this game and own it so 250k x 24.99
Still low patch rate!
You know what also upsets me, this game community has been excited about this game for years, talking about this games potential and how great it can be...for years, but yet I haven't seen anything really happen in the ways of the games development, truly, it's heartbreaking to everyone who genuinely loved this game, including myself, but several million later and years later...nothings really happened at all.
I know the developers were working on the game 2 and a half years prior to it being put on steam, now an additional almost 3 years and its practically in the same place it was at when it was first put on here, some would even argue it's gotten worse since it's steam release.
